**HOUSE RULES – HOLIDAY HOME**

Dear Guests, We are delighted to welcome you to our holiday home and wish you a relaxing and enjoyable stay. To ensure that everyone feels comfortable and that the house remains in good condition for future guests, we kindly ask you to observe the following house rules

GENERAL

Please treat the holiday home and all furnishings with care. Any damage or technical problems must be reported to us immediately.

 QUIET HOURS & NEIGHBORHOOD

Please be considerate of the neighbors. Quiet hours are from **10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.** and from **1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.

SMOKING & SAFETY

Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the holiday home. Open flames (e.g. candles) may only be used where expressly permitted.

CLEANLINESS & ORDER

Please keep the holiday home clean and tidy. All dishes must be washed before departure. Please separate waste according to the instructions provided on site.

POOL, HOT TUB & SAUNA

Use of the pool, hot tub, and sauna is at your own risk. Children may only use these areas under adult supervision. Please shower before use. No glass objects are allowed in the pool or wellness areas. Do not use oils, bubble bath, or additives in the hot tub. After use, please leave everything clean and close all covers

PETS

Pets are only allowed with prior approval. Pets are not permitted on furniture, in the pool, or in beds.

 GRILL & OUTDOOR AREA

The grill may only be used outdoors and in accordance with the safety instructions. Please clean the grill after use. Please leave the garden, terrace, and outdoor areas clean and tidy.

PARKING

Two private parking spaces are available directly in front of the house. Additional vehicles must be parked exclusively on the surrounding street in the designated parking bays. Please do not block driveways, sidewalks, or neighboring properties.

 DEPARTURE

Check-out is by **10:00 a.m.** Please close all windows and doors, switch off all appliances, and leave the house broom clean.
